EMI NO KIZUNA
EMI NO KIZUNA, a newly developed rice in recent years that is perfect for sushi use. The rice is grown by young and enthusiastic farmers who are passionate about cultivating rice in the Myoko Mountains, which is rich in natural resources. Since too sticky and too savory rice is not suitable for sushi, EMI NO KIZUNA is less sticky than regular rice. It has clear grains and is highly absorbent, allowing the flavor of the vinegar to be absorbed in the rice easily, which makes it ideal for making sushi. It is also recommended for making the Japanese rice dish, Takikomi Gohan, that absorbs the broth for flavor.
